Anodizing

Anodizing refers to the formation of a dense oxide surface by surface oxidation of the aluminum profile. This electrolysis method forms an oxide film on the surface, which changes the surface state and performance of the metal oxide surface, which can color the surface, improve corrosion resistance, enhance wear resistance and hardness, and protect the metal surface.

In order to maintain the beauty of aluminum alloys, anodizing uses organic solvents as a medium to expand the scope of application and prolong service life, while anodizing technology uses tip discharge to generate a protective film on the surface of the product, similar to a layer.

The aluminum alloy overcomes the defects of weak surface hardness and poor wear resistance. And it produces many color effects that surface coatings can't bring out.

The anodized aluminum profiles uses the anodized aluminum panel as the basic material, combined with the high-strength aluminum the surface flatness is excellent.
